The boys 5k training group kicked off feb. 23rd! since the weather has improved and we have had such a demand we are going to leave registration open thru fri. feb.26th! please make-sure you sign by this date in order to participate in saturday's practice at Hickory high.
this is a beginner training group for boys ages 8-12, to train for their first 5k! The target race is the Fleet feet sports/hickory crawdads home run trot 5k. The cost of the group is $45 and includeds two coached runs a week, a technical t-shirt, weekly hand-outs and much, much more!!!
