Cross Training Fitness Class

Cross Training at Fleet Feet Sports          

Wednesdays 7 – 8 pm

$10/class (Free for Training Program members)

Running is great, but adding a cross training class to your routine can make it even better! Benefits of cross training include:improved fitness, injury prevention and rehabilitation, quicker recovery, and boredom busters.

Compliment your running and improve overall fitness with a high energy, high intensity class focusing on strength, agility, plyometrics, calisthenics, and flexibility.

Taught by Ali Haines, an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America certified instructor.
