No Boundaries

Our Spring 2010 No Boundaries group is off to a roaring start! Everyone has braved the weather and is working hard towards the Hickory Crawdads/Fleet feet Sports Home Run Trot 5k!

What is No Boundaries?

 

No boundaries is a beginner program designed to get you across the finish line of your first 5k! So far 10,000 people and counting, just like you, have suceeded!
 

 

The facts:

  • 12 weeks of training with

  • 2 Group Workouts a week

  • 6 Coaches and 2 Mentors to support you the entire way!

  • 75 miles per person of running or walking

  • 2, 550 miles as a group
