Hills & Drills: Summer Speed Series

Have you run a few races crossed the finish line and yearn for MORE? Want to build strength, endurance and speed? This is the training group for you!!!

This is a great group to help prepare for the Bear!!!

The Hills and Drills summer speed series will meet on Thursday evenings at 6 pm.

The cost of the group is $25. You will receive:

  • One coached training session per week with a Boston Marathon runner
  • a training plan (complete with hill drills, tempo runs, speed work, etc.)  
  • coaching on proper running form and training techniques
  • information on hydration, nutrition, cross training etc. 
  • and a group t-shirt.
