This is a great group to help prepare for the Bear!!!
The Hills and Drills summer speed series will meet on Thursday evenings at 6 pm.
The cost of the group is $25. You will receive:
- One coached training session per week with a Boston Marathon runner
- a training plan (complete with hill drills, tempo runs, speed work, etc.)
- coaching on proper running form and training techniques
- information on hydration, nutrition, cross training etc.
- and a group t-shirt.
