What is No Boundaries?
No Boundaries is a beginner running program designed to help you cross the finish line of your first 5k! The program progresses from 1/2 mile to 3.1 miles (5k), allowing participants to gradually increase their endurance, overall fitness level and confidence! Whether you are a walker, prefer walk/run intervals, or run, this is the group for you. Training plans are customized to your fitness needs!

What is included in the Training Group?
- 10 weeks of training
- 2 weekly coached sessions with experienced coaches (Tuesdays at 6 pm and Saturdays at 8 am)
- A training folder with training plan and clinic schedule
- Weekly clinics on topics relevant to running and healthy living. (nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, etc.)
- Exclusive Fleet Feet Sports Hickory discounts for the duration of the training group.

*Training Group cost is $85. This excludes race registration fee.
