Running 101
Running 101 is our 10K training program. This is a 12 week training program that consists of a run and a run/walk program for anyone that can run or run/walk a 5K.
Program highlights include:
-2 coached weekly sessions
-detailed training schedule
-dri fit shirt

-goal race
